Most calls run 45-75 min. If we genuinely need more time I'll keep going — no hard cutoff. For 2+ hour custom sessions, switch to the custom-dev tier ($150/hr).
Brand name + logo (any format) + accent color (or "you pick"), the domain you want to use, and Stripe / Supabase account credentials (or "I'll create these for you, add me as collaborator"). That's it. I handle the rest.
Setup calls: full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled call. After that, no refund (the call slot is yours). Done-for-you: full refund before I've started work. Once work has begun, refunds are pro-rated against hours worked. See refund policy for details.
